I recently ordered from Papa John’s, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The pizza arrived an hour late, and to make matters worse, it was completely cold by the time it finally got to us. We tried calling the store multiple times to get an update, but no one answered, which added to the frustration.

The lack of timeliness and communication was unacceptable. This kind of service leaves a lot to be desired and makes it hard to consider ordering from them again. They need to address these issues to provide a better experience for their customers.

Walked into the store to pick up my carry out. I was the only customer there. Three employees looked at me. One said welcome. Not one of them served me. Continued doing what they were doing. Waited patiently while they all acted as though I wasn’t there until after five minutes I said I just want to pick up my order. This location is extremely rude. Worse customer service. Hard pass.

second time in a month ordered pizza with extra sauce and it had barely any sauce on it (I would hope that's less than "normal"). On the most recent order I paid for extra sauce containers and the tiny containers were only half full. This used to be a good store. No more. I'm done.

You can't beat the carry out special price. We are frequent customers and every time the pizza is hot and delicious! The staff is always nice too. I have no clue how they don't have higher ratings. Ordering on the app is amazing and the "Papa Tracker" status of the pizza cooking is pretty spot on. They are usually quick too! We love this location!

I didn't order anything from there I just know that if you work there and you need income verification paperwork filled out they don't care I'm still waiting on a paper from them that was given to them.

Not the closest location but worth the extra drive. Friendly and prompt. When I pay for a topping on the whole pizza, it goes on the whole pizza. When I pay for half, it goes on half. Another location struggles with this. That same other location sometimes doesn't even slice their pizza. Still believe in the franchise and will gladly drive a little further for the quality I'm used to.

I should’ve listened to the reviews. Whatever you do DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!Food is NOT fresh. Pizza is NOT done. I feel like I was eating cardboard. Waste of money.

Ordered a veggie and beef Pizza with jalapeños bites. Pizza tasted weird and it was not cooked all the way. Jalapeño bites didn’t have any jalapeños. Everyone who ate the pizza needed up throwing up. Never ever again Papa John’s ?

Delivery is the worst here... waited over 2 hours with no contact from the store. They seemed completely uninterested in getting us our food. Too many pizza places in the area to depend on this horrible location just for an average Pizza.

The worst two tasting pizzas is what I had for dinner. They put sauce on half of the cheese pizza and not the other half. The pizza was all over the place looks like the driver did something to it Watch out for the delivary driver in the dark Volkswagen

First of all I waited entirely to long before somebody picked up the phone and then after they picked up the phone they told me please hold!!!!! I was on hold for 20 to 30 min just for them to tell me to call back and press 3. ? ? I'm so annoyed!!!!!!! Why even tell someone to press three and you can just placed the order and be done with it. This is the second time I encounter a promblem with this papa John's. This is Definitely RIDICULOUS. Y'ALL REALLY NEED TO DO BETTER!!!!!! How do y'all call yourself a team and you don't even help take a order for the call system. I wanted to leave a "0" stars ? but that wasn't a option!

This Papa John's has NEVER managed to have an order ready by the time they provide to pickup. It's to the point that I intentionally show up late because I know the order won't be started until long after it was received. I'm not sure if the staff all need to be retrained, or if they all need the boot and they need to bring in competent workers, but I can't begin to understand how a pizza joint that doesn't see much business can still manage to be as late as they are. Wish I could rate 0.
