We’ve tried a lot of home made ice cream and gelato. We’re visiting from Philly and this is hands down the best. Anyone who did not rate this with 5 stars must not enjoy excellent quality.

I always have a good experience when I come in. The workers are all super friendly!

Loved the fact that they have great dairy free options, especially the chocolate gelato which is so hard to find. Great atmosphere and service too.

I wanted to share this review because I had a negative experience at this location today. I went in with a friend and decided to order a latte. When the latte was ready, the barista put it on the counter and the cup appeared with a hair in it. I brought this to the same barista’s attention, and he angrily took the cup and threw it away. When he gave the new drink back to me, he slammed it on the counter, spilling some of the coffee out. This interaction really hurt my feelings. I understand if someone is having a bad day, but I don’t understand the need to take it out on others, especially customers. I hope things change in this capacity at this location soon. Had the maple scone and it was delicious!

Stopped in here while waiting for a reservation at a nearby restaurant (I am always painfully early). Got the most delicious Mocha (some kind of yummy chocolate concoction sitting on the counter was added that was so decadent)!! Gentleman was very kind and allowed me to borrow his outlet to charge my phone.

Establishment was clean, right on Union (so good people watching), had scrumptious coffee drinks, and gentleman at the counter was so very kind. Highly recommend

The gelato is delicious, pastries are freshly made- coffee is great and the service is fantastic.

Every time I have visited I have enjoyed what I’ve ordered in a clean and peaceful atmosphere.

Esteban was the best! Very professional and offered my dog a pup cup! Dog friendly, and great vibes. I recommend this place to anyone in the area. Best coffee shop service in town.

Coffee is way too overpriced! More than $8 for a dirty chai and it was disgusting!

Coffee is some of the best in town! The espresso is smooth. The people are friendly and the place is clean. I haven't tried their gelato, yet, but based on the reviews, I will love it!

Plays loud death metal after 5. Odd. But the gelato is ace.
