This was really good! My partner and I had the chik'n sandwich (he had spicy and I had the regular). Also, had the fried greens beens (forgot what it was called) but it was a good French Fry replacement. This sits in the back right corner of Whole Foods and although it has no place to sit, there is a bar at the front where you can grab a beer and eat your food.

I traveled up here for my birthday this past weekend from when I posted this review. The train station was really close to Whole Foods, so I walked here to get lunch! I initially order a plant based “chicken” sandwich, assuming that it was gluten-free, but an employee told me otherwise and was kind enough to tell me to order the burger instead. Let me tell you: that was probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! Y’all should definitely consider a gluten-free “chicken” sandwich!

I don’t know what is wrong with this location. Whenever I order from here they will send a DoorDash driver who speaks zero English and cannot follow instructions or somebody steals my food and marks it delivered. I tried customer service they’re no help. They just give you the run around with zero empathy. Order at your own risk. It doesn’t matter how many points, visits or money you spend you’re just a number. I made the HUGE mistake of ordering here for my birthday. I like to invest my money in companies that make a difference and value their customers but this one definitely doesn’t.

They used to be good, but they keep getting rid of items people like or replacing them with lower quality items. Like the blooming onions were great, huge fail getting rid of that, also when they had breakfast sandwiches people loved them, but they got rid of them! Next loss was the steakhouse burger. Then they change the meati chicken sandwich to patty which was a great gluten free option to a now gluten containing lower quality tasting tindle patty. Even the quality if their fries is hit or miss now, sometimes they don’t even have herbs on them, and not to mention how they have recently been perpetually out of chocolate soft serve and chocolate shakes. It also seems they have changed the lil dippers to a less appetizing replacement which was the only reason I still had hope for them, loved them when they were good, but PLNT Burger has really changed. Seems their business model is more geared towards expansion and maximizing profits rather than genuine customer satisfaction. I hope they become less corporate one day and return their practices to providing quality food and not just trying put compete with other burger joints.

The alleged gluten free chicken sandwich using the Meati patty was changed into what looks like the gluten containing gardien chicken patty. I was not notified of this when I ordered and when I called the person on the phone assured me it was the same patty. They are 2 different shapes and sizes. This isn’t listed on the menu and as someone who cannot have gluten this is extremely disappointing for the company to not disclose this information anywhere about the change or update their allergen guides. Used to love coming to this place but will not be coming here again.

Great option for vegans and non-vegans alike! Nothing too groundbreaking as far as the food - pretty standard burger fare - but their sauces are really good!

The girl who took my order : SO UNBELIEVABLE UNFRIENDLY! I am from Germany and never had such a bad experience with stuff. Normally I always give tip …but here …. NO WAY. Talk to your people working here. It’s a shame to talk to costumers like this.

Tried PLNT Burger for the first time last night and was pleased with everything. The Herb fries omg yessss!!! The Double PLNT cheeseburger was just right full of flavor and tasted almost like a "regular" burger almost.. If I keep finding gems like PLNT BURGER I may convert myself 😁

I recently had a PLNT Burger, the patty was juicy and flavorful, with that satisfying. The taste that nailed the classic burger vibe without any meat. Topped with fresh, crisp veggies and a sauce that perfectly complemented the patty, it was everything I look for in a great burger experience. I left feeling full and happy without the usual heaviness. I ate my PLNT burger with a side of veggie fries, yum!! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a delicious burger!
Got a Swiss chard wrapped burger with an mint Oreo shake and it was so so good couldn’t even snap a pic! Definitely try it if you want some good vegan junk food so yummy with the spicy aioli

I really love this place. The food is delicious! My family and I eat from here often. Quick Kid friendly meals. I also love the app and earning rewards. It def helps out with saving money. Especially buying for a family!

Kid-friendliness: My children love the kids meal. It’s enough to fill them up. I suggest getting a large fries if you have older children between ages 9+

This location is inside of the Whole Foods. They lady that took care of me was kind enough to inform me about products I would be allergic to (mushrooms) , which was very helpful because I almost ordered something with mushrooms. The burger I had was cooked very well and seasoned well. The herb fries were great and I can say I thoroughly enjoyed my meal!
