The ice cream was good but the service was not. Never felt so humiliated and embarrassed. All I wanted was a paper bowl instead of the waffle bowl. I was met with a rude look and a horrible attitude. We’re about the same age or younger. I get sometimes that we are not in a mood and get overstimulated but this was something else because I had to repeat myself multiple times as she stared at me like I had two heads. Great experience here! Arjen was super friendly, welcoming, and had amazing energy. His positive attitude really stood out and made the visit even better. You can tell he cares about customers and he’s doing an amazing job!
