Adorable Retro Ice Cream Scene Shop is a Delight to see from outside & excited to walk into - see what flavors await. Yet, gals behind Counter were Not Welcoming & Friendly. It was another warm day - but there was No Line. Maybe they just didn’t want to be there.

Wow! I can't say enough good things about the amazing hospitality at Pop's! We had a birthday party for my daughter and TJ and Scarlett went above and beyond to make it special and memorable for us. Truly blown away by how wonderful they made the day for us. Would love to have another party at Pop's sometime to be able to enjoy their incredible kindness and hospitality again!

This should have been a GREAT experience. Ice cream after a great seafood meal. A walk along the Potomac. Ice cream with an old soda fountain vibe and feel.

Instead, the guy working behind the counter looked like he would rather be chewing oyster shells than scooping ice cream. I usually let things roll off my back, but this kid hated his job and his life. Never greeted us, never spoke to us, unless it was a clarifying question. Seemed genuinely annoyed and...
