As long time customer and former employee it is disheartening to see the lack or customer service from the staff on April 27, 2025. Upon entering no one was greeted. There was no one in line. The lady doing the toppings gets upset when you can't understand and yells at you. :(

They have problem with changing the gloves and knife even if you requested bad attitude with the cashier and the the guy who's making the sandwiches I trashed my tuna sandwiche cause mixed with meat and bacon

Dirty staff they use same knife and gloves for all sandwiches you don’t know what are you eating meat or tuna … the smell of the sandwich bad

I was gaven a free entree card and was told by the manager she can't accept my card because it was expired and it was given to me from another store. My sandwich was already made. This is not what I expected

Love going to this Potbelly! Every worker there is extremely kind, especially Grant. He's very happy smiley and can whip up a mean tasty sandwich for you. Love going to this Potbelly to grab a quick bite. I seriously recommend giving this place a try. Not only are the workers friendly, but the food is pretty dang good in my opinion.
The food is fine, but they misuse the Potbelly Perks program. They said the computer is programmed to use a perk on the cheapest item that qualifies if you order more than one. No business I know of does that, so buyer beware. Don’t use your perks here.
I ordered the Avo Turkey sandwich. It’s normally very good but today I realized the cucumbers were missing from the sandwich after I mentioned I wanted them. It’s so frustrating when you get home and your sandwich you ordered is not correct. So disappointing.

Ordered "The Wreck" via Doordash. Sandwich was good but they put a very thin slice of swiss cheese. My order was double meat. I would have expect more cheese on this order. Attention sandwich makers
