We had an amazing experience for our first time trying Nepalese cuisine. Every course was delicious and adventurous. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggested food pairings. Very cool and comfortable atmosphere. We will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends and family!

Being nepali we wanted to taste the nepali spices in a foreign land. While roaming around DC, we found this restaurant as recommendation.
We ordered appetizers while enjoying our drink followed by main course for dinner.
On my personal opinion, i found the appetizer much better than the main course.
Momo was just juicy and it would melt in your mouth. However, Chatpate and aloo sadheko lacked a little...

Had an amazing meal at Royal Nepal Restaurant! I ordered the jhol momo and Nepali thali set, and both were absolutely delicious. I will come back and try your Nepali thali set with local chicken.
