Tasty Thai lunch in Old Town! Tried sleepy shrimp for the first time and they were very good: juicy shrimp wrapped in a wonton wrapper and served with a sweet chili sauce. We also enjoyed the balanced Thai iced tea, pad Thai with chicken, spring rolls and pad ginger with shrimp. Ample portions and comfortable seating combined with excellent service made for a wonderful rest from an afternoon of shopping. Thank you!

I eat here tonight, and I ordered the Thai steamed dumplings and the potted shrimp. Within an hour of eating I threw up violently. I think there may have been something wrong with the dumplings.

Holy wow this place is amazing. It is unassuming, but the service is fantastic and everything tastes out of this world. I loved my Thai Iced Tea, and I highly recommend the crispy duck and the duck curry - easily one of the best duck dishes I've had in my life. 10/10!

It's rare to visit a touristy town and get a meal with drinks for $50! The drinks were a pleasant bonus, coming in at $8.75 each for a Cosmo and a margarita in a fun cactus glass.We split a Shrimp Pad Thai entree with everything needed to make me sweat on the side.We had the "Crispy" Spring Rolls as an app; they were unflavorful, and the cellophane sheets were heavy and anything but light and crispy.In a sea of restaurants, Sam Phao Thai Cusine has a lot of great opportunities, and people should know it!
My family and I have eaten here twice in the same month. The food is great, the service is quick and they are very accommodating and family friendly. The waitress was very kind to our young children and brought kid plates and never acted like they were a distraction. This place will definitely be a place we frequent!
