Pumpkin space latte actually tasted like a real pumpkin spice latte! This place is amazing. I finally received a latte that didn’t taste so sugary or sweet. My order was handed to be quickly which was awesome because I had to get back to work soon. This has to be one of the best Starbucks in the area.

I ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, and it tasted like straight cream. I then looked on the app to see if it was in stock, and it said the drink was unavailable. I then called the store to double check and I was told they were out of oat milk. I am lactose intolerant and I was not told that they were out of oat milk, otherwise I would have just ordered something else (and something less expensive). All the baristas are very friendly, but this experience was very disappointing.

Staff needs training in this Starbucks location!I know how my coffee cafe latte with an extra shot of espresso taste like! I order this all the time in different Starbucks location.

I posted a bad review for that location about a month ago. I was very unhappy with my bad customer service experience and I was consistently missing part of my orders but I need to correct myself. So I deleted my bad review and from 1 star I’m giving 5 due to huge improvement. I think that this store deserves it! I’m back as a customer and thanks to Yonas and his professional skills I’m a happy customer.My orders are prepared perfect, everything is fresh and customer service excellent!Thank you!

COVID IS OVER!! Please allow customers to have access to sweeteners, cream, milk, etc. covid doesn't care if a Starbucks worker hands me what I need or if I self serve myself

This location does NOT honor your milk preference. I order oatmilk from this location because I cannot digest milk and repeatedly receive full dairy milk in my coffee. If you have allergies or lactose intolerance, stay away.
