I am traveling in the USA. was in almost all the states of this vast country. And not a single institution refused me hot water. nowhere but this store. This is the most shameful disgrace I have ever seen.

Ordered a plain black medium coffee and it took 5 minutes for them to make. Also the girl making coffee had long braids and I saw one go in a womans drink. That's just foul. If you really want to go here you need to watch what they do because they obviously don't care about hygiene.(Edit) The owner responded by saying if I would like further assistance to go to starbucks contact us page, which I did. I was then told that management would be notified. Which is what my online review already did. So nothing. The owners response does literally nothing. They might as well have given a fake website to contact.

Their regular 'Grande' coffee is just terrible. You can buy better coffee for less money in 7/Eleven.

This Starbucks is one star purely because of the service. I don't know what's up with this location, but they hire the sassiest/ rudest people. I've had many instances where the baristas were rude to me for no reason, just like some of the other reviews have stated. I have never gone in to complain about anything ever. What I experienced the other day went way beyond what Jose and anybody else has ever done. I asked for two caramel apple spice drinks and I saw that the barista entered in the wrong drinks on the register, so before I payed I corrected her and said "caramel apple spice, not the macchiato" and she said "yeah" and continued on with the payment process. I just let it be after that because truly after me ordering a caramel apple spice TWICE now, she'd get it. Nope. The other barista started to make the wrong drink. She started making a apple crisp macchiato when I explicitly asked for a caramel apple spice twice and I literally said "not the macchiato". She finished the drink and gave it to me and I told her "I wanted a caramel apple spice" and she looked at me and ignored me. She then proceeds to make another apple crisp macchiato instead of a caramel apple spice. I told her again for the FOURTH time now that I ordered two caramel apples spice drinks and this barista throws her hands up in the air and with the biggest sassy attitude goes "I made the apple crisp!". At this point I was so angry bc that's literally not what I asked for and now I'm getting attitude because you guys can't listen??? I literally said caramel apple spice to both of the baristas four times. They both need to go back to preschool and learn how to use their listening ears before they get a job where they need to take orders. The attitude was crazy unnecessary. I'm never returning to this Starbucks. I'm finally done being treated badly by these people. This new girl needs to get a new job. After I get off work I do not need some young girl with black curly hair to give me attitude like she's a child throwing a tantrum. I mean not listening once is a mistake but four times????? Come on. The caramel apple spice and the apple crisp macchiato are two completely different drinks. There isn't even any milk or coffee in the caramel apple spice and obviously there is milk and coffee in the apple crisp macchiato. Maybe if they were similar drinks I would have just kept the drink but they're just such different drinks so of course I didn't keep it.

Who is the incredibly rude short, round, Hispanic p**** who works here? Is it Jose from the review from 2016? My fiancée is an avid Starbucks customer, and drives out of her way to a different Starbucks to avoid this location just because of this j**** He is rude and acts put out by the simple request for a sweetener packet. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Starbucks is in the service industry. This guy does not provide service. Plain and simple. You have lost a daily customer because of this barista -- assuming just one of many. You are losing business because of this man.

Belle View Safeway - do better about your social distancing rules or don’t let people come in the store. Two teenage boys were in the store yesterday, not following the markers on the ground and were laughing and coughing when asked to comply!! This is unacceptable!
