Never had any problems with drinks or staff; I like coming here to work on things. I do not like the new seating area. There are not enough tables that make good places to sit and work. Please fix this.
This is my local Starbucks and I come several times a week. The manager, Ferehiwot, is very friendly and helpful. Every time I walk in, they greet me. Great location and great service.
I’ve been coming to the Starbucks for about two years now. The employees are always very friendly and I’m never waiting too long. My only complaint is I think there should be a course on how to make a cappuccino. I’ve never been to a Starbucks where someone’s made a cappuccino correctly. I used to work at Starbucks myself and even the managers didn’t know how to properly make one.
