Bad customer service. I was there before they closed. 4 minutes earlier. The fat girl told me the have only black coffee and I told her I need a caramel frappe cause I'm 5 months pregnant and I don't drink black coffee by it self and she said she is about to close and she didn't make it

I went in and went to the register, and there were 2 attendants, but they either weren't aware, or didn't care because they never acknowledged me. Then the register wasn't even open and ready to go, even though they had opened a while ago. Then my doppio macchiato was just coffee and scalding disgusting milk to the brim , instead of two shots of espresso and dry foam like it's supposed to be. Not the first time I have dealt with this, either. Never going back. I would give it 0 rating if I could.

Not worth the visit. Visited 3x and the staff seems to lack training on making drinks. Lady on the counter is also un-professional, she looked bothered that I came in while she was sitting on the couch using her phone. Now mind you, the shop was empty at 1pm with no customer’s around.

You all need to put up a sign that you don't allow pets. How is someone supposed to know you can't bring your dog inside. I'll make sure ti go elsewhere to get my pup a puppucinno

What can I say about Starbucks that hasn't been said already. It was good. Starbucks always has the right kick in their coffee. The jolt didn't last me though.
Totally inconsistent. They have a habit of turning off mobile ordering when it suits them. Most of the staff are pleasant and efficient. But there are two or three that are aggressively insistent on customer interaction. What I mean by this is that it's not enough to come in, quietly take your order, and leave. If you don't return their cheerful greetings to their satisfaction they keep bellowing at you in an attempt to badger a response out of you. I find the forced camaraderie to be overwhelming before I've had my first sip of caffeine. I'm their customer, and I'm looking for coffee, not new pals.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this location . Staff are efficient and very friendly. I go every day and they are consistently excellent. I order a variety of drinks and all the baristas are excellent. I have gone to other locations and it is hit or miss for the drinks. It has great seating and you will love it . Joie J
