Rude service . Yesterday when I asked this guy (blonde hair, tall and not as young as the other staff) about my drink and his answer was ( I don’t know. I wasn’t the one who put your order name. And gave me a bad looking ) he didn’t even look at the stickers with the names to verify if it was next or not, then I asked him again and he just said I don’t know, look I am busy making the drinks ?♂️ and finally looked at the stickers.The rest of the staff is always very friendly and nice.

I go to this place all the time. Always a good customer service. This morning I went there and order a Strawberry Acai Tea and a White Mocha. The girl name Mane or Mani made my Tea and put on the counter. Them she made 5(five) other drinks while I waited for my Mocha. After 5 drinks I told her: I am missing a White Mocha. She said "is coming", turned around and made 3 more drinks for customers that cane after me. Another girl came and made my drink. Mane/Mani looks very unhappy to be there. If you dont like to work on Sundays you need to ask for a day off.

Great history to the building and being right by the waterfront makes it an ideal location to get your caffeine fill before heading out along the pier side trail or Torpedo Factory. The place was busy yet the service was excellent. Coffee and tea tasted great!!
