Hannah is my hero! Today I was DESPERATE for coffee and I had my sick baby with me who was sleeping, I saw a worker outside and asked if she could please please bring my drink out to me and explained, a few minutes later Hannah comes running out, drink in hand, smile on her face even though they were super busy and down 1 person. She went the extra mile this morning when I really needed it and I truly appreciate it! Not to mention this team and location has always been PHENOMENAL. My family and I are regulars and they always greet us by name, with smiles, and small talk no matter how busy they are. They remember all their regulars names, and greet every single person that walks in the door. This review is long overdue and just a small token of my gratitude toward this wonderful team! Thank you for all that you do!

Waited over 20 minutes Just for 2 Frapps. 1 Guy working and I was told he was training. Training By himself? Ridiculous for me to wait 20 mins. I have never in my life waited this long for 2 drinks!

I visit my daughter in Alexandria a couple of times a year over the last 5 years and this Starbucks is by far the best one I’ve been to. Not only are their coffees consistently amazing, but their customer service is exemplary! They even add words of kindness and encouragement to their cups. It may be a small gesture but I look forward to it!

The staff were friendly. Definitely appreciate the energy of the welcome welcome welcome when I first walked in! 😊 I tried the protein cold foam matcha. It definitely tasted a little like protein powder, but it was yummy and probably a little bit tastier than the regular cold foam.

Very polite staff, but $5.16 for a Grande pumpkin iced coffee when I supplied the cup??? I realize this is not the staff’s fault, so this is aimed at corporate: you all are overpriced to begin with; this 10 cents and extra 25 stars on our account is not enough anymore. Is there a corporate email I can use to provide feedback and advice for resolution?
Seriously people? You can’t hyperlink? You profit thousands of dollars a day from your store alone, I gave you $5.16 for 12 ounces of water and ground coffee and .5 ounce of cream and you can’t even handle hyperlinking the website… so much for going the extra mile….
