Hyren was our barista at this location, he was so sweet and very knowledgeable about the menu. He made my wife and I leave with a smile 😊 10 out of 10 would recommend his service! Thank you Hyren!!

I hope this is the right location. I came in the morning of 7/10/25 in a rainbow cardigan and too distracted to even know whom to speak to to order. I did manage to order and looked so sad that a beautiful soul that works there offered me a hug. I appreciate that so, so much. I am fine, thank you, but rather overwhelmed with life at that moment. In my career, I give hugs tho those making life and death decisions in the face of finances and frankly ability, and I am so so proud that I can offer than humanity to another, so I am touched and grateful and frankly a tiny bit more hopeful for the future because I was able to receive one. A stranger. A hug. Can mean the world. So.....thank you, all of you. Your kindness was noticed, even if I couldn't demonstrate that at the time.

Site says it opens at 4:30. I arrived around 4:50 and wasn’t let in until 5:05. I knocked on the door, pulled on the door, and was basically ignored for 15 minutes while two ladies stood at the registers. Disappointing that this store would advertise a time and then have two employees basically open the door when they felt like it

This starbucks is great on weekdays. Do not go on weekends, especially if you're ordering anything with espresso. Consistently bad on weekends. My assumption is the the weekend crew doesn't know how to properly dial the espresso machine because my coffee is never good on weekends. Do better.

The last few times I’ve ordered light ice in my drinks for pick up and I’m usually in a rush so I never check if my order is right until my destination, it’s been 75% ice.
Ridiculous that we’re paying 5-7 dollars for ice.

This location serves as my regular coffee stop before heading into work, and I felt compelled to review it due to the consistently excellent service provided by the team. My order is always prepared perfectly, and the customer service is outstanding. While my positive experience may be partly attributed to visiting before the morning rush, I have consistently had a great experience each time I’ve been there.

It was the service for me. Every Starbucks is a Starbucks but this spot felt so different because of the staff. So kind, welcoming and happy with each other. I was at this store for all of five minutes and felt happy and optimistic about the world leaving it lol this team (working this morning/early afternoon! deserve a lot of kudos!
The energy has shifted and it’s wonderful. Bravo team for staying cheery and making peoples day. It means a lot. Keep going !

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks. The customer service was very poor, and we had to wait an incredibly long time for our coffee. When we finally got it, the order was wrong. The staff seemed completely disorganized and confused. To make matters worse, they charged me twice for my orders. Very disappointing!

When I came in this morning, and got a cup of coffee. I didn’t hear when they called it out( I was talking). When my drink was pointed out to me. I grabbed it and a lady said someone had just drank off of it and put it back. Hannah, Edwin,Don and the rest of the morning crew, Did so well with figuring out the situation. One took over another’s job so Hannah could remake mine. No one was standing around doing nothing. Everyone was very sweet and patient and ready for the next customer. Thank you guys<3
