Every time I get a Matcha Frap from this Starbucks is is absolutely disgusting. It is bitter and undrinkable.

I've had two terrible experiences at this Starbucks. During my first visit, the barista was rude and dismissive when I asked for clarification on my order. On my second visit, the staff repeatedly got my order wrong and were accusatory and annoyed when I corrected them. This location's customer service is consistently poor, and I won't be returning.

The morning staff is COMPLETELY different from the afternoon staff. The morning staff is phenomenal, helpful and friendly. However, anytime I've gone in after 1pm, things are totally different.
I can pretty much count on the time the app says my drink will be ready in the mornings, but as for the afternoon, I can't count on that time at all.

They are never on time with their drinks, They portray that they don't really care that they're late with your drinks either. It's definitely my least favorite starbucks.

Ranking this low because the staff was just not pleasant. The team members wouldn't stop their conversation to even acknowledge me. However, on a positive note, they were quick with the order which is appreciated.

Fast and friendly. Used the app, it was ready upon arrival, and 5 stars is for consistency in knowing what to expect and getting it as it should be.
