I was there around 2:30 Pm. Only wanting a soda. I was at the register and the cashier never looked up from his phone. So as I stood
their patiently, I asked the other man behind the counter there if the restroom was available, he told me they were closed forever. The cashier still never looked up from his phone. So I said never mind, and started to walk away. The cashier still did not look up, but the other man yelled “hey come back, you come back” I said never mind. Then he Said “stop, stupid B***h. As I opened the door I responded “same to you”. I have a right to change my mind. If I stand in front of somebody and I am ignored for five minuets, I have earned the right to get better service somewhere else!! And to be called names, because you failed in the customer service department. Unbelievable. Do better! Sure hope I can find out who the owner is!!

You can only access this subway if you work in the Mark Center. It's a great food option for the Mark Center; however, it can get crazy busy. Go early if you want it for lunch.
