I think this location may be thinking about closing. I remember when it first opened. Now, it seems like they are just open, but not trying to impress people, like they don't care about the condition of the place or the impression their employees give. Close to home but appears a bit dirty and not wrk maintained by employees. I walked in and there was no one at the counter until I was at the register although the young gal appeared friendly my suggestion would be to clean up the place a bit more and make it a more welcoming establishment.
I've been to many Sweet Frogs and the self serve process is the same at this location as the others. The noticeable difference was the lack of frozen yogurt options and the quality of toppings. Half of the machines were down for service and many of the toppings appeared old. I tapped a few of the toppings with the serving tongs and many of those items, like brownies, were hard, when they should have been soft. If my visit was near closing time, I would have understood.
