Constantly dont give sauces just cause they dont wanna grab it, just pure lazy and constantly get the order wrong and lastly the wait time is absolutely ridicloiclous

Payed for extra cheese on my roll up and beans and cheese and it’s cold and not even melted . Sucks when you don’t eat meat and already limited on choices and they can’t even make a basic cheese roll up or beans correctly by making it warm. My boyfriend said his food was cold too

Pulled up to the drive thru at about 12:30, and an automated message saying they were closed came on. When I got to the window, I asked the lady if they were open or closed, she said they were open, but I had to go back to the speaker to order. I left--I didn't see reason to wait in line again with my sick pet in the car.

Too expensive. $7.19 for 3 tacos. 1 bean burrito and med coke came to $13.45

They used to be solid for a long time now every time I go they mess up my order or forget something that they charged me for

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I ordered a steak Power bowl and a cheese Quesadilla. I received 2 Quesadillas and a dormitory locos taco shell full of sour cream! This is the second time my order has been filled wrong. I will not be coming back to this establishment. I just wanted an easy to grab meal because my kid was sick. And they gave a taco shell full of sour cream! This is incredibly disappointing.

Very dissapointed by the experience I was given here.
I ordered a beef grilled cheese burrito and they gave it to me with NO CHEESE and like not even two bites full of beef. I also ordered a BEEFY 5 layer burrito and it was all beans with a dewdrop amount of sour cream and no beef until the last 2 bites.
I also ordered 2 small drinks, to which they didn't disclose that they were out of smalls and gave me 2 mediums instead, and then gave me NO starws or receipt, so I don't even know if I was uncharged.
And I got 2 nachos chips with cheese with 4 cheese dips, each cheese dip cup not even half full.

They somehow found a way to botch and dissapoint with every aspect of my order. I've also been here in the past where they've tried to short me on my food and been argumentative and gaslighting when I pointed out that I was missing pieces of my order. To be honest if I could give the service here less than a 1 star I would. Very disappointing to know that this is how their management's let the staff and place run. Won't be returning.

This KFC/Taco Bell is hit or miss. Last night it was a miss. The only positive aspect of the service is that one of the employees acknowledged me after I had been waiting for 10 minutes past what my ticket time projected. The food was decent, but not good enough to wait for as long as I did.

It's probably best to go through the drive-thru if you want decent service at this KFC/Taco Bell. I witnessed one customer stand in line for over five minutes before one of the employees acknowledged him. The time that I went through the drive-thru was much, much better than last night when I ordered online and picked up the food inside.
