They forget the meat in my food everytime

Very dissapointed by the experience I was given here.
I ordered a beef grilled cheese burrito and they gave it to me with NO CHEESE and like not even two bites full of beef. I also ordered a BEEFY 5 layer burrito and it was all beans with a dewdrop amount of sour cream and no beef until the last 2 bites.
I also ordered 2 small drinks, to which they didn't disclose that they were out of smalls and gave me 2 mediums instead, and then gave me NO starws or receipt, so I don't even know if I was uncharged.
And I got 2 nachos chips with cheese with 4 cheese dips, each cheese dip cup not even half full.

They somehow found a way to botch and dissapoint with every aspect of my order. I've also been here in the past where they've tried to short me on my food and been argumentative and gaslighting when I pointed out that I was missing pieces of my order. To be honest if I could give the service here less than a 1 star I would. Very disappointing to know that this is how their management's let the staff and place run. Won't be returning.

This KFC/Taco Bell is hit or miss. Last night it was a miss. The only positive aspect of the service is that one of the employees acknowledged me after I had been waiting for 10 minutes past what my ticket time projected. The food was decent, but not good enough to wait for as long as I did.

It's probably best to go through the drive-thru if you want decent service at this KFC/Taco Bell. I witnessed one customer stand in line for over five minutes before one of the employees acknowledged him. The time that I went through the drive-thru was much, much better than last night when I ordered online and picked up the food inside.

Employees are careless and do not take orders correctly nor efficiently… I see a lot of similar reviews about the exact same employee who worked the cash register on February 28th, 2025 @ around 4:30PM wearing a black zip up with white stripes on the side. He rudely responded that he could not refund my food after adding items I did not ask for. Also reeked of marijuana, is a very incompetent worker and shows KFC/Taco Bell doesn’t care who they employ. P.S. I saw a lot of food handling without gloves… SOMETHINGS GOTTA CHANGE!

Expectations are not high for a KFC/Taco Bell combo. Unfortunately these expectations were not low enough because this was some of the worst quality fast food that I have ever had. I ordered a famous bowl and two crunchy tacos. The famous bowl had four small pieces of chicken in it total and the tacos had the tiniest amount of meat in about half of the taco and were mostly lettuce and shell. I’ve been to Taco Bells that have had good food and this location was not one of them.

I’ve been going to this location for more than 20 years. Yesterday around 10 pm I ordered a combo meal two chalupas and taco. I was the only person in drive thru line. When I finished ordering I drove right up to the window and my bag of food was ready. My first thought was wow it’s ready! I parked my car and noticed the 1 taco had 2 shells that were broken and the meat and shell were cold 2 chalupas were also cold and could tell it had not been heated. Also the tacos were not filled. It was like I was eating plain taco shells. I did not have time to go back because I was going to work. I paid almost $14 for 1 soda, 1 taco, and 2 chalupas. Is this the experience you want for your guest?

It’s 8:49 pm on a Wednesday night and the staff closed with restaurant with no signage. There was an entire line of people in the drive thru unaware the restaurant was closed.

I just ordered a 12 pack of crunchy tacos and I swear ever taco had barely anything in them and they were all flat. This taco bell was being stingy on the tacos for no reason.

Terrible. Orders were wrong on every item. Furthermore, the meat was only a third of the way filled.

This tacobell need to update their time on the website and the building sign. The employee in the drive through said they closed at 12am but on there website said they closed at 1am. Then the employee gave me a attitude but I told them you guys closed at 1am. This tacobell need customer service.
