Not a bad bagel, chewy enough but not enough for it's namesake. I personally love a very chewy bagel though. Lox was good and fresh and otherwise a ~decent~ bagel. My one gripe being that I do not like being charged for a "lox sandwich with no tomato, onions, or capers". I'm only getting cream cheese and lox, so charge me accordingly. Don't charge me the same price as someone who's getting 3 more ingredients than me.

The food was ok. This was my first time here and I came solely based off of the reviews of others. I was disappointed. Granted I came closer to the end of the day but….. I was not impressed. I ordered a steak egg and cheese and was not informed of my options for topping 😢. I didn’t learn of them until my sandwich was ready for me to pick up and several customers later was offered the same sandwich with toppings 😞. Of course I felt it was to late to change as all bagels were sold out and it had become very crowded. My bagel was a little hard for my liking; and no it wasn’t toasted. Unfortunately I could only compare this to other neighborhood bagel shops and I was disappointed. Not sure if I would be a regular, if I were to visit again I would come closer to opening vs noon.

Bagel was so spot on chewy inside and crispy on the outside! Staff were very very kind. Prices are extremely reasonable! I will def be back!
Updated for accuracy: It's like an old-school Deli but with a limited menu and offerings. There is no seating, and people often wait outside for their orders. They offer a Too Good To Go bag for $4.99, which isn't worth it. I received maybe a dozen bagels. They weren't tasty or fresh, unlike other TGTG bags from Mae's Whole Foods, Fresh Baguette, & Gustave. These are true leftovers. Based on this bag, I personally wouldn't bother going back. YMMV.
