I just have to say the owner provides 100/10 service. We ordered delivery on a Saturday morning to The Alexandrian Hotel for my best friends wedding morning breakfast while we got ready for her big day. The delivery person forgot the cream cheese. I texted the deli and the owner himself brought the cream cheese to the hotel and hand delivered it to the hotel room. So thankful!!! He did not have to do that but it made all the difference and I cannot recommend them enough. Also...
Authentic New York bagels in Alexandria, better than most every bagel shop I've visited in New York. Also a great value ($4 for an everything with lox schmear) and the owner is very hands on/engaged - if he's not executing orders front of house, he's back of house manning the flat top.
