Filthiest food establishment I have ever been to. Seems to be going under/understaffed. Shame.

The single staff member seemed annoyed that we were ordering. The whole place is a mess. Didn’t have an appetite to eat after seeing how gross things were behind the counter. Took about 15 minutes to receive one mason jar and one sundae. The ice cream itself was fine, but the customer service and cleanliness ruined the experience.

Decided to visit this location since I seen it on TikTok with my daughter.The mason jar was $17 and the little sundae was $10.We were not greeted when we walked in & the workers were having a much needed convo while we waited to be greeted.At the end of the convo walking toward the register, he decided to curse in front of a child..Very unprofessional!! The receipt says Samuel T was our server I suppose. After we got our order, I noticed it wasnt in a mason jar. We were told that mason jars have been out of stock for about 3wks now & to leave a review for the owner to get them some…The milkshake and sundae was good but they overloaded each item with whipped cream (about 1/2 ice cream and 1/2 whipped cream!). We couldnt finish them but they wwre pretty good. We tried it and we won’t ever try again due to the lack of customer service displayed today.The customers help to keep the business open..Just a friendly reminder! ☺️

The place is super super small. And very messy. First of all not sure why they have the cashier in the front and the waiting area in the back and theres no space in the back . They should put the cashier in the back so people can head towards the front and wait for their stuff and leave.
Me and my boyfriend were in line feeling hot how can an ice cream and milkshake place be that hot?! . Anyways waited in line for about 20 minutes they only had 2 people working. we finally get to the front next in line by 926p then BOOM they announce that at 930 they will stop doing milkshakes. Although it was still 9:26p the previous family ordered 4 milkshakes and since there were only two employees by the time they would finish it would be 930 so couldnt get a milkshake. So we waited in line for nothing very unorganized and messy place and hot too.

You used to get to keep the glass mason jar for the same $17 price and that was borderline crazy for some ice cream. Now it's still $17 but it comes in a cheap plastic cup. No thank you. It even still says 16 oz mason jar for $17 on the menu, even though now you have to pay $4 extra for the jar. This place has definitely moved into rip-off territory.

Let’s just say 5 out of 5 children were horribly disappointed by our entire experience. It’s hard to disappoint a child with a sugar mountain. But it’s possible.
First - no seating inside at all. It was like a dingy counter that looked dirty. Everything is sticky. Only seating was an insanely sticky table in the sun. I cleaned it with napkins and my water bottle. No dairy free ice cream even though online the menu offers tons of dairy free options. That’s hard to explain to the kid who needs dairy free.
I asked about the milkshake and whether it was topped with frosting or whipped cream. The two workers didn’t agree with what was on top. I said whipped cream is fine but please no frosting. It was in fact still topped with that cheap oil based frosting They said it was whipped cream. It was not. I scraped it off.
It all tasted cheap. And gross. Nothing was delicious just mountainous.
And the menu was truncated from online and everyone had already chosen online bc I didn’t want them to be overwhelmed.
It was so disappointing.
Oh and there were no mason jars offered. I didn’t know they were an up charge. So all of this is a cheap plastic cup that threatened to topple over every time you touched it.
Do not take kids here. Skip. Skip. Skip.

We went to celebrate a birthday by getting The Crazy Mason and we had a great time. The service was outstanding! It is the best service I have had in a while. Two young ladies served my large group and they were fast and efficient. I placed 11 orders received everyone in less than 15 minutes and spent less than $100. Although some ordered the same desserts, I was still amazed at the swift service. The desserts were very delicious. A few of us order the strawberry shortcake bowl 10/10. The children rated the cotton candy fluff an 8, it was super sweet, and the cookies and cream a 9. The shakes are very thick!!!!! We had the banana pudding and the sweet cheesus they were also sweet but delicious and we rated it an 8.5. The store is somewhat small but cozy. My large group couldn’t stay long because the outside seating was filled. Overall the experience was great.

What a fun spot! There were so many fun flavors to pick from and we had no problem finding seating in the outdoor area. The manager was working when we visited and she was so friendly. Everything was clean and it was delicious! It’s fun you get to keep the mug afterwards.
Prepare to be patient. It's the slowest service I've ever experienced for an ice cream, and then to top it off the soft serve has the consistency of milk. Highly recommend Jenny's around the corner or Pop's by the waterfront instead.

Went here for a birthday celebration. They ended up having a special deal and mug for the ice cream we selected. The manager was really friendly and there was lots of good will going around. Customers were surprise paying for each other and such.
The ice cream was delicious. We had to split one because it was so big and we couldn’t have finished an entire one alone.
The outdoor dining beneath the string lights in Old Town is a fun atmosphere.
We will for sure be coming back.

I ordered a "Dashing Through the Dough," it was great. The only problem is that it was too much for me and I got sweet sick. I don't have a big sweet tooth, but my girlfriend does and she ordered a Reese's milkshake.
The milkshake was great and very well prepared. Our attendants were super nice and attentive.
The atmosphere is cute and there's outdoor seating. You can see everything that's used in your milkshake and you can watch it being made.
The ONLY downside is that as soon as we walked in, the place smelled like "Raid" and there were a lot of flies. There should be something done about that soon so that I can update this review to 5 stars. I do recommend a visit because the flavors really are great!
