We went to celebrate a birthday by getting The Crazy Mason and we had a great time. The service was outstanding! It is the best service I have had in a while. Two young ladies served my large group and they were fast and efficient. I placed 11 orders received everyone in less than 15 minutes and spent less than $100. Although some ordered the same desserts, I was still amazed at the swift service. The desserts were very delicious. A few of us order the strawberry shortcake bowl 10/10. The children rated the cotton candy fluff an 8, it was super sweet, and the cookies and cream a 9. The shakes are very thick!!!!! We had the banana pudding and the sweet cheesus they were also sweet but delicious and we rated it an 8.5. The store is somewhat small but cozy. My large group couldn’t stay long because the outside seating was filled. Overall the experience was great.

What a fun spot! There were so many fun flavors to pick from and we had no problem finding seating in the outdoor area. The manager was working when we visited and she was so friendly. Everything was clean and it was delicious! It’s fun you get to keep the mug afterwards.

Prepare to be patient. It's the slowest service I've ever experienced for an ice cream, and then to top it off the soft serve has the consistency of milk. Highly recommend Jenny's around the corner or Pop's by the waterfront instead.

Great milkshake creations. Store only has limited indoor sitting. There are 3 tables outdoors. Highly recommended ?

Went here for a birthday celebration. They ended up having a special deal and mug for the ice cream we selected. The manager was really friendly and there was lots of good will going around. Customers were surprise paying for each other and such.
The ice cream was delicious. We had to split one because it was so big and we couldn’t have finished an entire one alone.
The outdoor dining beneath the string lights in Old Town is a fun atmosphere.
We will for sure be coming back.

I ordered a "Dashing Through the Dough," it was great. The only problem is that it was too much for me and I got sweet sick. I don't have a big sweet tooth, but my girlfriend does and she ordered a Reese's milkshake.
The milkshake was great and very well prepared. Our attendants were super nice and attentive.
The atmosphere is cute and there's outdoor seating. You can see everything that's used in your milkshake and you can watch it being made.
The ONLY downside is that as soon as we walked in, the place smelled like "Raid" and there were a lot of flies. There should be something done about that soon so that I can update this review to 5 stars. I do recommend a visit because the flavors really are great!

I was profiled and accused of stealing a water bottle by a staff member who claimed to be the manager. I did not have a water bottle or any other drink at all. Once she realized she had made a mistake, she did not apologize and simply said, “That is fine.” When I asked her to acknowledge her error and apologize, she became disrespectful and dismissive. She said she will called the police, citing that she had been working since 12:01 pm and her grandfather had died two days prior, and I “should be ashamed” for asking for an apology.
Yes, the police did come —she called stating a customer was refusing to leave. After hearing what happened, the officers stated best course of action was to file a complaint and for me to try to let it go and not ruin my night — place was closed by 8:30 pm instead of the regular 10 pm closure.
I can’t comment on their ice cream and shakes because our experience was overshadowed by this incident. This happened while I was with my kids. It was bad enough to be accused of stealing but for her to double down her disrespect was unbelievable.
I sent an email to the business (this was before the police were called, but after the initial accusation). I received a response on Monday —they offered a milkshake coupon. I am giving them a day or so to understand the gravity of what happened that night and to correct this before it escalates further. This review will remain here until the owners address the situation.

Just got finished eating dinner at Del taco and decided to walk next-door to the crazy Mason. Stood at the cash register for 10 minutes. Waiting to get service. Heard a lot of chatter in the background a lot of gossip from whomever is working, but no attention on their customers whatsoever.

The strawberry cheesecake mason jar was fantastic. The service was good. The place is small, not very festive, and could use a sprucing up. A bit pricey but worth it considering what we got and the fact that its something we wouldn't do often.

This place is fine.
The milkshakes are Instagrammable, but I would not call them tasty. And these are soft icecreams, not milkshakes.
The rating would be higher if they were not a cashless facility. What does it even mean? We are in the USA. You must accept US currency. What an absurd.
But in general this place is mediocre. The items don't taste great and are overpriced. But if you are a tourist and want to take photos for your social media- go for it.

This place was okay. I always walked by, and it would be packed with a line out the door and too hot for me to want to wait and get things. Today (7/7 a little after 4) was a walk-in, and that was nice. As soon as we walked in, someone was cleaning the two small counters that were for eating, but they did a horrible job. When we went to sit down, the table was still sticky. There was strawberry sauce on the counter, and she must not have used a properly sanitized rag because it smelled like musty milk at the tables. There are plenty of options on the menu, and there is something for everyone. We ended up getting a small Simply Oreo Sundae ($10). While we stayed inside and enjoyed our sunda it was a bit off putting hearing the employees talk trash about Rob/job(I'm assuming the owner). They were complaining about the music in the store, how they want to raise them, and how they will tell Rob the want paid more and how theyll have a serious talk with the boss(intimidate) him to pay them more, how they want better hours but also want to ripnthe sign off the door that showed new hours, just a lot of TIHS . It's okay to talk bad about work but not in front of a handful of customers. When I went ro use the bathroom in the back there were a few ants that trailed in and ice cream in the handwashing sink. The ice cream was great, and ill deff wanna try something else. You get to keep your Mason jar when you're done, so that's kind of cool.

They have interesting flavors and a range from pretty basic to pretty fancy milkshakes, but they're all outrageously overpriced. Well made, good food, good service, way too much money. I paid about 17 dollars for the cheapest shake they've got.

Cramped space, got the order wrong, and it was grossly overpriced. All this place is good for is a fancy picture of a mason jar milkshake to post on social media. That’s literally it. Pay someone coming out a few dollars to let you take a picture of theirs if that’s your thing. Otherwise save yourself the trouble.
