Greetings. There were three of us instead of two. We were the only ones there aside from one other person & made it worth it for the workers. Thank you.
my wife and I both ordered she crab soup, which was pretty good however, there was hardly any bits of crab to be considered She crab soup. We also had the fried calamari which was very tough and overcooked or reheated from earlier which had two types of sauces over it, which did not complement it at all so I sent it back. Then For dinner, I had the stuffed flounder with crab meat. The flounder was dry and overcooked, and even possibly a cheap frozen product. The crab meat inside was very thin, soggy and tasted like a cheap product with no taste .It was very bland with no flavor at all. I didn't even eat much of it. For a restaurant that is getting 4.4 ratings that has been here for so many years, either the management has changed and they are buying very cheap product or they have people cooking in the back that don't know what they are doing anymore . I have been at this restaurant multiple times in the past but something has changed in the restaurant . So this is going to be my last visit unfortunately . so disappointing .
Bediening is ongeïnteresseerd, in de oesters zaten allemaal schilfers en waren niet goed opengemaakt. Er kon geen sorry vanaf. Nee nooit meer naar dit restaurant.
Made a reservation however when we got to the restaurant we were taken up three flights of stairs to the attic and to a small corner table with a view of a half set up tables, an abandoned bar, a board and the backroom. Even the glasses were plastic. terrible attitude from the guy at the front responsible for seating. Food was average at best prime rib had too much bbq sauce and the crab cake app was dry.
Based on the many high reviews, we came here for an anniversary dinner. I made a reservation on Open Table, noting that my wife has gluten, lactose, and soy intolerances. The staff either weren’t notified of those issues or ignored them. The appetizer selection wasn’t appealing. The salad offerings weren’t imaginative. We ordered the scallops on garlic risotto. It was fine but the risotto was rather gummy. The ambience is pleasant; the server very solicitous - and gave us a complimentary bread pudding with whipped cream dessert since we mentioned it was our anniversary. Of course, my wife couldn’t eat it. We’ve had much better meals at lower prices at some of the local chain restaurants like Clydes or the Great American chain.
B was our server and he was absolutely amazing! He was prompt with our drink and food orders, gave us the specials and gave great recommendations. The food was amazing, creamy and so tasty. We had the appetizer platter, the stuffed flounder and the lobster pasta. Everything was worth it and so glad we got the enjoy dinner there!
The food, service, and location was definitely top tier..My very visit, definitely not my last..Everything was amazing!
This place is great. Not a lot changes here over the years and that's a good thing. We most recently went right after the Scottish walk expecting it to be packed but we were seated immediately. They did fill up but it never felt too crowded and we never felt rushed. Food was all amazing and the service was great. I wouldn't have called this a particularly kid friendly restaurant, but it actually really is due to the great staff.

The absolute BEST crab cake ever!!! Wasn’t wild about the scallops and risotto…but the staff was nice enough to let me change my order. The Caesar salad was average, but i highly recommend this restaurant.

We celebrated my birthday and the waiter was exceptionally receptive to all of our request. The food was amazingly delicious with all the correct seasonings!!! Will come back again!

Disappointing Crab Louis salad. The greens very mushy, drowned in an unrecognizable dressing and there was no way of saying if they were wilted and a week old. Overall, just a pile of unidentifiable greens with no real taste in spite of a decent amount of crab
The other order was pan fried bass that was gummy with zero flakiness.
And coffee was un drinkable but the waitress took it off the bill.
Never again

Great area. Called and reserved ahead, however they didn't have my reservation in when we came. Later the host claimed that the reservation might have been taken from the bar upstairs. Eventhough I recognized his voice. Then I reiterated that this was a birthday, he said he will make the arrangements. Nothing was done. The appetizers were very good, the main dish was ok. I had a crab stuffed flounder, I was expecting a little more flavor. I think more organization in the restaurant would be very helpful. Especially with the great location and it being a little upscale. Experience is everything.

Fantastic meal with colleagues. Our bartender Rashel mixed the best dirty martinis!!
Seafood appetizer platter was a great starter. Scallops over risotto was a great choice for an entree. The crab cakes were also a favorite and were filed with lump crab. All 4 of us enjoyed our meals and our server was very attentive.
