The atmosphere is wonderful as far as if you're a wonderful football fan. We had a lovely lovely time. The service is less than stellar. The food and drinks are also as also lovely as well. If you're a football fan, it's a great place to dine out.
We often patron this restaurant for a Sunday lunch and to catch the NFL Game. We meet friends there and enjoy the Sunday crowd. Great manager and waitstaff servicing the bar and surrounding booths. There has also been an occasional sighting from Theismann himself. I cant believe I used to watch him playing on tv as a kid.
We have also patroned on a Saturday night for birthday celebrations and have dined in the event rooms in the back when football players come...

Always love visiting Joe Theismann's everything we stay in Old Town. The food is great, service is great (especially at the bar which is where we normally sit) and the atmosphere is fun. This last time our bartender accidentally knocked over our water and actually comped part of our food tab even though we told her it was no big deal! So sweet of her! We'll definitely be coming back!
