Timorian Restaurant offers absolutely delicious food with amazing flavors — especially the Qaboli and Qabergha Dagh! The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Hands down worse afghan food I’ve had in this area. I’ve had Afghan food all over the DMV and was by far the worse tasting and most expensive. Afghan burger? It’s all French fries and a small piece of what look like halal hot dog I’m sure. Beef kobeda kabob? Worst flavor and dry. Very unfortunate I do NOT recommend this place save your money. Instead go next street over to Kabob Express.

Paid 28$ for a Mahicha Palau which not seem to be fresh with a frozen mahicha and the meat didn’t seem to be cooked with the same rice. I never experienced such Palau in life it was really bad. When I said the cashier the issue he even didn’t care and said just tap the phone to pay the money. Never going back.

The restaurant was extremely dirty. There were flies and food bugs flying everywhere, and garbage left around the place, which made it very unpleasant to eat. The only positive part of our visit was the lady who served us, she was very nice and polite. Unfortunately, the poor cleanliness really ruined the experience.

The food was not fresh, very old, cooked hours before and cold. The bugs got so out of control we had to pack our foods and leave. The plate we were given had the finger prints of the entire city on it and they expect ppl to eat in that much of a disgusting environment.
Never coming back here, and try staying away from this place. There’s lots of other actual good afghans restaurants in the area.
Zero accountability - from the owners to workers just roaming around talking while the customers are waiting to either order or waiting for their food.
