If you are into fresh juices, healthy mixes and low calorie toasts - it's a place for you. Definitely recommend smoked salmon toast & any of juices on the menu. But skip coffee (just average) and lattes (too sugary taste), instead try wellness shots. Place itself is clean but has weird layout limiting number of seats. Located next to the Hyatt Centic Alexandria. Overall - could visit if staying at hotel.

Gourmet toast? I laughed at the concept. But then I ordered and ate the 3 Cheese Italian - Prosciutto, melted Swiss cheese, and fontina with roasted garlic onion jam, topped with dressed arugula on jalapeño cheddar toast. NOW, I get it. It was substantial and delicious. I shall return.

Very pricey I'm still trying to figure out how toast comes up to $50 not to mention this is not really a restaurant but more like a grab and go style. Your food comes on cutting boards not plates which can get messy. The food was just ok. Didn't really care for this concept.
