It has been a while since I dined at Trademark. It's a great location since it's out of the hustle of Old Town. We had a lovely server. She was attentive and friendly. Our food was good -the 4 of us had different entrees and I think everyone enjoyed them. My peaches and cream cocktail exceeded expectations. The restaurant is spacious and pretty. I hosted my sons 21st Birthday Dinner at Trademark. Aster, was an amazing lead supervisor. Everything was beyond perfect, she was attentive, professional, personable, kind and very helpful. She and her team were nothing short of FABULOUS! We were getting compliments from others in the restaurant and the Restaurant Manager, Marie handled every detail for me from beginning to end and the execution was flawless. We just can't recommend this restaurant. Ordered the pork chop medium and it came out beyond well done. My wife's rainbow trout was so overcooked. They offered my an alternative entree and I chose the burger on a gluten free bun. The burger was cooked to the right temperature but woefully under seasoned and it came out on a regular bun. For a hotel of this caliber, this meal was awful.
