“It’s good I used my giftcard but the bowl for 10 dollars when that was small as well it should be 5 dollars or less rather than make it price I don’t care about taxes I care about the order and the food I didn’t order at restaurant I just had one thing. Overall good“

You could really tell how thoughtful and kind she was to go out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. We all really appreciated it — and the smoothies were delicious. The customer service was nice and patient as well as helpful. My Greek yogurt bowl was delicious and made to my liking. The yogurt was a little low but beyond that no complaints.
It's in a convenient location lined up with other stores to patronize at. The store is a great size and spacious so plenty of room to enjoy space just if you want to eat inside or use your laptop. The store is clean from when I went in there which is always a huge plus. The service did not take long as well, so I appreciated their time making it and then giving it to me. There is plenty of parking here and the view is definitely not bad.“

“I had a wonderful experience at this Tropical Smoothie in Alexandria thanks to Rahel. I was rushing and accidentally dropped my smoothie right at the counter. I felt mortified, but Rahel immediately put me at ease. Without hesitation, she kindly made me a brand-new smoothie and never once made me feel embarrassed.
Her courteous and hospitable attitude completely turned around what could have been a frustrating morning. The staff are always friendly and are very quick with processing your order which is great when you have to deal with the traffic!
They open at 7am so I can get my smoothie fix when needed!
