Love coming here. My boyfriend and I always come here. We are regulars costumers and always get treated 10/10. Especially from Yadira(if i’m not mistaken that’s her name). She always remembers our names and is very polite. Thanks🤍!! Y la música siempre esta buena 😎

I came into this Tropical Smoothie location tonight around 6 PM while waiting for my son to finish his workout class at D1. My smoothie and the service were both great, and everything was quick.

However, when I sat down at a table to catch up on some work, I noticed the table was sticky and felt dirty. I decided to ignore it, as I didn’t feel like bringing it up at the time.

A short while later, an older gentleman came in with his grandson. He commented that the tables were dirty and said it was disgraceful that the issue hadn’t been fixed, especially since he visits frequently and has mentioned it before. I told him that sometimes ownership doesn’t want to spend money on those types of repairs.

This is a nice location, and I think finding a solution for the sticky tables is important. I’m not sure what needs to be done to refurbish them, as they don’t seem to be dirty so much as affected by the material or finish. However, it may be worth looking into so customers can enjoy a cleaner, more comfortable dining experience.

As an Hispanic female who as raised speaking NOT A drop of Spanish and trying to order food at this location seemed great at first….. but turns out there’s a comprehension issue when speaking and ordering in English.

As someone who also suffers from life threatening food allergies - ordering a shake with a firm understanding of what not to add into my food so I can enjoy the food without issues …was just not going to happen. Yes I am aware that I can order online and go that route.

But the problem still exists. Employees need to be properly trained and understand food allergies and would really be helpful if we spoke the same language with the same or at least a decent amount of comprehension (and the deer in headlight look is not confirming that for me)

Cause the employee an issue - this is a review simply to inform others who have allergies that the owner/ company fail to understand the impact that this has on not just your business (bc the allergy community realize heavily on certain restaurants and their ability to safely serve us - and we frequently visit those places ) but also bringing awareness to an issue usually swept under a rug to a growing population of Americans

It's important to know that unlike other Tropical Smoothies in the area this one has a pick up area that's just a cubby where literally anyone could walk in and just take a smoothie. Which is exactly what happened to me today. A guy walked in seconds before me, stole my smoothie, I showed him the receipt and he made a break for it so I had to chase him down through the parking lot. Please be like the other Tropical Smoothies and put them in a fridge behind the counter so they aren't being stolen.

I like this location because all time from Arlington come to here to get my special smoothie without ice, she do know how to make for me only by water and makes delicious chia Banana bost 😋 The Girl who make smoothie she's a professional 5🤩 🙏

These three Spanish women were very weird and passive aggressive. They were talking trash about me in Spanish, thinking I couldn't understand so weird.

I love their green smoothie. Quick and friendly service. Note there is only one size for smoothies. More food options were available then last time I visited.

Been ordering from this location for a while and 9 times out of 10, the smoothie is either sour, bitter, or completely wrong. Don't order drinks from here.

I tried to call and place an order, but I was hung up on without any notice when I greeted the person. Fire the person who does phone calls.

I've been going to tropical smoothie for years this location in particular is perfection. The sandwiches and wraps are made with love the smoothies are freshly made the place was squeaky clean and the staff was very nice this is what a tropical smoothie experience should be like ?
