My son loves the food and drinks here, which is nice because it's actually somewhat healthy (at least compared to McDonald's and Taco Bell).The sandwiches are reasonably priced for as good as they are too. It's definitely one of our go-to fast food places!Kid-friendliness: It's a great healthy choice for kids!

I would give 0 stars. The girl refused to remake it because I didn't want the sweetener added so I asked her just to refund me if she couldn't remake it. She refused to refund me also and just ignored me. Didn't even get the drink I asked for. Do not come here!

I agree with what every review that disapproves of this location. The customer service is lacking. They lack the skills to make the smoothie properly, and I would know since the tropical smoothie near my home makes the same smoothies but better. The staff at this location do not acknowledge your presence and take a long time to make the smoothies as well. I will not return.

I spoke with the manager and asked if they can make a parfait and I was told that they could. I placed an order and paid but didn’t receive what I ordered. I spoke with someone who said that he’s the owner. I explained to him that a parfait is not watery. I asked the guy for a positive solution and he told me that there will be no solution. They stole my money and didn’t correct the order. I told the guy that I will be filing a complaint with my bank to get my money back and he lifted his shoulders nonchalantly and said go ahead. This is poor customer service and very unprofessional behavior especially for an owner. This is theft. They have the order and they have my money. I will be contacting corporate to file a complaint.

I didn't know how to give it zero stars but if I could I would. How do I start? As soon as I got to the front of the line the cashier gave us a rude look. He has zero tactic for costumer service, looked mad like he didn't want to help us. Had to ask the questions THREE TIMES so he would finally answer. Horrible service costumer. Food is awesome but I feel like they can do better with their front desk people. Like at least use someone who knows how to deal with costumers and looks like they want to actually work. Disappointed. Won't be coming back for a while.

Staff was very rude and accused me of stealing my order after showing the confirmation. I come 3 to 4 times a week so now they will no longer be receiving my services and I usually spend anywhere from $30-$120 a week. Yes they have lost a customer.

I stopped by last week and I had the worst experience ever! First of all, I was not greeted by any of the 6 employees. After at least two minutes, someone came to take my order. I had a coupon to buy a wrap and get a smoothie for $1.99. I was told that they don't accept the survey coupons if the survey is for another store. I even spoke to the owner Gatu and he said that he can't get his money back from corporate if he honors survey coupon for another location. I explained that I've never heard of that and I've never even experienced such. I left that location and went to the Tropical Smoothie at Ft Belvoir and I didn't have a problem using the coupon or being greeted. I will never visit this location again.
