The smoothies are good and decently priced but terrible service. There’s no system and no one person is responsible for one specific job. It seems they all wander about shifting between this job and that job with no real order. Also ordered online and it took close to 50 minutes to complete.

I had a wonderful experience at this Tropical Smoothie in Alexandria thanks to Rahel. I was rushing and accidentally dropped my smoothie right at the counter. I felt mortified, but Rahel immediately put me at ease. Without hesitation, she kindly made me a brand-new smoothie and never once made me feel embarrassed.

My son loves the food and drinks here, which is nice because it's actually somewhat healthy (at least compared to McDonald's and Taco Bell).The sandwiches are reasonably priced for as good as they are too. It's definitely one of our go-to fast food places!
