The food was tasty; the only issue was that I asked for teff injera and was disappointed to see the whitey injera when i got home. I'm used to the more darker bread.

Authentic Ethiopian food and, service is friendly we had a good time everything was delicious. Even the day were busy day they keep checking in the middle of dinning what we need it was amazing service

I received outstanding service from Tseday cafe and restaurant for my daughter and son’s graduation party on June 7, 2025.
They provided a full catering service with a variety of delicious dishes that were delivered on time, efficiently, and in generous portions. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everyone at the party was excited and truly enjoyed the meal. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and quality service. Highly recommended for any special occasion!!

This place is amazing! First of all, I love that the veggie combo can come with fried fish! Not all places sell them together which is kind of annoying. The sambusa was flaky and delicious. The food was fresh and the fish was nice size, meaty and WELL SEASONED. Come here if you’re looking to enjoy your food and you aren’t in a rush to do so.

I ordered Kitfo to go and I asked the order taker not to put the mitmita on the meat to jus put it on the side but they put so much of the spice on my order , I couldn’t even eat it without coughing , i have to throw my $21.00 in the trash. Sad.

The food and the service is very good. I love the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Oh, man! This was the BEST Ethiopian food we’ve ever eaten, and we’ve eaten in a lot of places.

Everything we ordered was great. The special kitfo, the doro wot, the cabbage and carrot tikil gomen, the fish dulet, and the sambusa were all outstanding. The cardamom and clove tea was very good too.

We’ve eaten in Ethiopian restaurants with a Michelin Star — they were nowhere near this good. The prices were lower than nearby restaurants.

Do be careful of tiny bones from the chicken, like in the doro wot.

I’m so glad I tried this place! The food is the best Ethiopian food I’ve had. I had the vegetarian platter and it was so tasty with the right level of spice. The service was superb. The waitress was so sweet to my son while we waited for our food. The atmosphere is nice, clean, and comfortable. I will definitely come again!
