A roach called across the table as soon as we were about to sit down

I was not impressed at all food, service, ambiance and it is way overpriced. The she-crab soup wasn't what I know it to be. We tried everything pork belly she crab soup, the fried oysters, the wings, the collard greens shrimp, and grits, fried chicken and the salmon w/ brussel sprouts and orzo. Everything was just ok. The brussel sprouts were the best thing I had and the pork belly and she crab soup were the most disappointing.

They consistently close 1 hour before the posted closing time. Says 1am? They close at midnight. Terrible. Update your hours, no way to run a retail business

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at 219. The window seat they reserved for us was great! The food was delicious, especially the she crab soup and shrimp and grits. Our server was extremely friendly and attentive. All in all a great experience and we will be back!

Excellent Southern cuisine! Venue has multiple experiences and live music. My wife loved the Shrimp and grits. Great sauce! The coconut cake desert was good too. Wish the portion was bigger and sharable at that price. We will check it out again.

Great experience. We hadn't been here in nearly 30 years and the food and service were first rate!

Be aware that there is a tip of 20% in the bill. The service is good, but considering we were drinking cocktails, most of them on the menu, 20% leaves a bitter aftertaste, even unmatched with the sugar levels in the cocktails.

The server seemed extremely rush and was not patient with answering questions or giving descriptions of what was on the menu. The food was ok. Nothing impressive. The pork skins and fried chicken were the best things of the night.

Overall I would not return.

Food was very good, the service was excellent. We had a table by the window which was great, looking out on King St. The space was a bit loud but not ridiculous. Overall very pleasant dinner.

Ok I wanted fried chicken and when order arrived to my table there was 3 pieces of chicken two dumb sticks and a small thigh this would of been cool but they charge $35 there is still a chicken running around . Seasoning was little and sides was ok . It's not Southern cooking it's over price . And almost impossible to know how to enter the place .

Zac is awesome, great vibes, great music, I’m a broke college kid and I don’t even care that it’s a little pricey for me, I come to the bar upstairs after work almost every shift it’s 100% worth every cent. Don’t forget to tip the band, they deserve it
