We've ordered pizza from Via Veneto, especially the white pizza, for many years. Recently tried the meatball pizza. It was delicious! We're ordered two more times. So good.
We are so lucky to have Via Veneto in the neighborhood! The food is high quality southern Italian cuisine. Everything I’ve had has been delicious, though my choices are limited because I keep getting the same delicious dishes over and over. My favorites are the penne alla lenzi and the pollo fiorentina. Via Venetto is located at corner of Fort Hund Rd and Shenandoah in Alexandria, VA. This beautiful Italian restaurant has many choices on their menu and the food is delicious. The atmosphere is calm yet lively. The staff is courteous and friendly. Plenty of free parking in the lot in front of the restaurant. Restaurant is great for formal dinners and informal lunch meetings. I highly recommend this restaurant.
