The food is consistent and very good quality. The service was not very good. They don't seem to understand basic ordering. Strangely, the beer and food are very German and that's where it ends. The music was heavy metal, the feel of the restaurant is odd, and there is nothing very authentic about it except for the food.
Stopped in during Restaurant Week for the first time because of the unique menu we're quite impressed by the atmosphere, service and tastiness of the food. It's like the Rainforest Cafe meets Bavaria. Casual German faire in the heart of Old Town.
Super fun NYE night out! Great sausages, amazing pretzel and quite possibly the best sauerkraut ever. Totally recommend for your fix of German fair. Wasn't a fan of the spaetzel, a bit bland. But otherwise, we had a great night with good service.
