This was my first time at VFG and the service was outstanding. The front reception was polite, welcoming and accommodating for a party of 2 at 11 am on a Saturday morning. We opted for outdoor seating. The ambiance was nice, parking onsite next to the restaurant. Food was yummy. I ordered a breakfast chicken burrito and waffles with bananas. Great choice! I highly recommend early morning brunch since it the restaurant became busier closer to noon.

Outstanding (really!) food, in an upscale informal tavern, very noisy and energetic crowd. Every dinner dish our group had was not merely good but excellent (crispy brussels sprouts as appetizer, various tacos and quesadillas and a steak). Good size but not excessive portions at reasonable prices. Service was cheerful but hectic. A fun place but probably not the right place for a group conversation at dinner - too noisy to hear anyone other than the person immediately next to or opposite you. But definitely worth going to.
