I’m a doctor and We are visiting from the Hampton roads area. We made the order via Uber Eats. My dad contacted to inform there were two missing items from the three orders he purchased. He simply stated “Hi, my name is ___ and I was missing an order of home fries and eggs, is there possible for a refund?” The person who answered had a language barrier and proceeded to speak in Spanish. I haven’t been to this place and 20 years, it sucks they remove the bar stools other than that a good old breakfast no frills with my two-year-old boy that got Mickey Mouse pancakes.
