One of the perks of living at Watergate at Landmark is having a cafe and market on site. Open from breakfast til after dinner, it's a place where residents can get together for a meal in the cafe or shop for a variety of items in the market.
I mean what more could you ask for. I purchased a condo. It have proved to be one of the best decisions I ever made. It is as advertised "resort" style living with more amenities that you can fathom to include an indoor and outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a store, a restaurant and the list goes on! I've lived here for a few months now, and wanted to give an honest opinion. RUN, don't walk to find a place here. It is absolutely amazing. It's a hidden gem. The amenities alone are amazing! Indoor and outdoor pool. Gym. Restaurant. Hair salon. The security. Library. Indoor/outdoor pickleball/tennis courts. The parties and entertainment. Our family is so happy we bought here.
