Very upset with the lack of communication and professionalism. After order was messed up called to have it fix and informed that they would replace pizzas but I still ended up paying more than half for the pizzas.

My order somehow was not placed in the system through the app. When I called and spoke with Angel she was very kind and offered to have my food delivered to me at work even though they were closing. I had my food delivered to me within 15 mins! Thank you so much Angel!

After a rather long wait to even be waited on, my pizza was uncooked in the center/dough like still. 🙃 The manager offered to fix it. No problem! After I got home , I realized and called back. Just seemed like it took forever and then to be not good after receiving my pizza just a letdown, not the first time with this Pizza Hut
