“Amber and Sara have been LIFESAVING for the past 4 days while in town at VIR. Traveling from California, there’s not much here but this and this is the jackpot.
These 2 girls RUN THE SHOW. amazing characters, personalities, business women.
They took care of our party of 5 to 30 people.

I can’t thank them and the chef staff enough. Our dinners were made because of them. Our service was outstanding, quick, amazing.

“Tonight we had the best Server in Halifax County Melanie. She was the only server working tonight with a room full of customers and bar guest. She was able to keep everyone drinks and food orders up. No one had a wait she was on top of everything. Our food came out fast (thank you to the kitchen staff). She was very pleasant It made our experience wonderful. They have the one of best burger I have ever had. I do not even know where to start with the cheesecake. But if you like cheesecake factory they are put to shame next to the cheesecake here at Main street bar and grill”

“This place was featured in our Electric Co-op magazine and the food looked amazing. We drove by the food trailer once because it had the name Kahuna. And the presentation wasn’t very appealing. I am sure glad we went back because it is hands down the best seafood I’ve eaten. I never cared for scallops because they were always gritty. These scallops were lightly breaded and delicious with no grit. We ordered the fish, shrimp and scallops. It comes with fries and a few packets of sauce. The order was more than enough to feed 2 of us. Mr Breedlove was very kind and friendly. Looking forward to our next visit. My mouth is watering just thinking of Mr Breedloves seafood.”

“I do not typically write reviews, however I feel like one is due after a recent experience I had at this McDonald's.

I came into this McDonald's at about 9pm. It was dark out and I was alone. I ordered an order of over 100 nuggets, and they came out swiftly. I was left with 3 bags of nuggets and also a drink. An employee graciously helped me out by helping me carry my food outside to my car. I appreciated this a lot because I was actually quite worried about holding all this food alone while walking outside alone back to my car as a female. I am really appreciative of this gesture.”

“My boss decided to eat lunch here. I got a foot long cold cut trio on flatbread. It was put together well and fast. We beat the rush by just a few minutes. The sandwich was very good. The dining room appears well kept. It was a good lunch at a good price.”
