Friendly staff and fair combo pricing. I also appreciate that they don’t prompt for tips on credit card charges—refreshing for a mostly takeout spot.
Now, the food: we tried the pizza and wings, and they were outstanding. Fresh, quality ingredients, perfectly cooked wings (crispy outside, juicy inside), and even the ranch was thick and flavorful.
Solid 20/10. Highly recommend—Big Bites won’t let you down.

Napolian pizza is the best imo. Wings have came small but that can happen at any pizza chain. My second time ordering the wings and they were normal size. The dipping sauces were great. Bread and fries were good portions and tasty. We ordered around 10 pm.

My husband and i order bigbite often and he ordered pizza as a surprise cause he knows I love big bite. He ordered around 7 and he was sitting in the living room for a few hours, heard no knock, got no text or call and so he decided to call them and asked if they were still making the food, said it was already delivered. They directed the phone call to the owner who delivers and instantly was extremely rude and accused us of already having the pizza. The way he was talking to my husband was the most extremely disrespectful disgusting way I have ever witnessed. He said he would deliver us a new pizza but I am so disappointed with the way we have been treated. Great pizza but horrible people. $40 on food and horrible service.

Update: Sad to say I got bad food poisoning from latest calzone delivery. Not a fan. Had to stay home from an event I wanted to go to because of it. Quality of food is a must for this industry and can't say I'm likely to return because of this...
Fast delivery even during the noon hour and a great Mighty Meat calzone!! Generous fillings and cheese and just the right crust consistency! Plenty of sauce to go with!
