Be careful about the TIPS SUGGESTION printed on the bottom receipt when you dine in. They’re printed the whole order amount tips at the bottom of the receipt even when you separate the bills. We paid around 30+% tip because we’re writing the tips based on the suggestion. It’s not our original thought and really annoying since there’s little service we received. Also the wings are EXTREMELY SWEET& SALTY. Never come it again.

Ordered from here recently. I ordered boneless chicken, half soy garlic, half spicy. The sauce was GREAT but the past couple of years when you order boneless, it seems to be boneless chicken that you buy frozen, pre-cooked in a bag at any generic grocery store and then tossed in sauce. Bon Chon has gone down hill the past couple of years and its sad, I used to love it.

Yeah, the Old Pickett Road location is sorely missed. I haven't had big problems with the food, but they forgot to put the pickled turnip in our latest carryout order. And there was a bathroom odor in the restaurant while I waited for it. It's a little hard to imagine driving all the way in to Pershing Dr. in Arlington or out to Kamp Washington in Fairfax, but if I might have to consider it.

Salad was spoiled. The chicken seasoning sauce is only half buried. Boss, do some management. Don't embarrass Koreans. If you open a Korean fried chicken restaurant, take good care of it.

12/3/22 Okay, from the Giant Foods parking lot I saw their restaurant. Decided to try them out. I went with a boneless 12 piece of chicken wings soy garlic. My wife wanted the Kimchi. The cashier/order taker seemed friendly enough. She has since disappeared and a guy has taken her place. The apparently has been around here for some time. Television shows college football games; as well, as K-Pop videos. As a matter of fact K-Pop is playing on the loud speakers right now. The Rain & You by Bumkey is what was playing while I was there. While I was there, I checked out the men's bathroom and it could use a clean up. It wasn't nasty, but a cleaning was needed nonetheless. The wall way had a strong smell of old cigarettes or cigars. The smell cut through the restaurant's chicken scent. This is something that needs to be addressed and fixed. The food was good, but not the best I have tasted. The chicken was lightly sprinkled with the garlic soy sauce. I thought it could use more sauce. My wife liked the chick and kimchi. We might come back for a second round.

Was driving by the Annandale area while running some errands and decided to stop by Bonchon for dinner. We took advantage of the $22 anniversary wings special where you can get 20 wings for $22 (normally $28). These were nice size pieces. The soy garlic sauce and crunch was on point. We got the wings for takeout and they were still hot and fresh by the time we ate them.

Couldn't even dine in with the smell like an overflowing bathroom going on. We ended up not even bothering to order. The staff was kind enough to explain there's an issue with the shared trash that's permeating the building. It's not a place I would consider good to dine in at the moment. If anything, they should limit contact to curbside pickup and not let anyone inside until it's resolved if they can't afford to close until it's fixed. I feel bad for the staff that have to endure the smell all day.

When I went in it smelled heavily of ammonia, stale and unclean. I ordered carry out—chicken wings and rice and kimchi, and left quickly because of the smell. We found a piece of tissue in the kimchi and the rice had a strong chemical aftertaste that burned the inside of my mouth. I’ve been here many times but it’s definitely deteriorating and I will not be going back to this location.

I got the half and half 10 piece chick wings for 14.95. The chicken was flavorful but I felt it was overpriced. It was also VERY greasy.
I first thing I came inside the store is stinky, moldy smell like from the wood of the restaurant. I ordered a soy garlic boneless wings. It took literally like ~20 minutes to finish and the waitress said boneless took longer to make like duh??? it’s a reason. Then, the food tastes super salty, i cant even finish 2/3 of the dish. I could not taste the garlic or anything just really salty UGHHH. Had a really bad day by going losing 1 hour to get their. Bot recommend you to get bonchon here!

I like Bon Chon food, but this is not the best Bon Chon location to eat at. It smells stinky sometimes, doesn’t look clean inside, and is overall very sketchy. So if you are looking to eat Bon Chon, don’t go to this location.

ok, my family of four ate here. First the korean guy/chinese guy server was very slouchy on dealing us. He dont know how to treat customer right. He did not serve even water to start as a basic service. The chicken is good as we did to go order on it. But the ridiculous thing was the coleslaw, it was tasted really bad and I cant imagine why they still serve it to people. And when I told the chinese server he only said “OK”. Calling the attention of the owner, you need to get rid of this guy he doesnt fit on this chain.

Usually bonchon hits the spot and is yummy. I usually go to the one in Fairfax but this one was closer. And I was so dissatisfied. The chicken strips had this taste that was so off putting, like it had gone bad or maybe the oil was bad( it also smelled off putting). I thought maybe it was just one but I had another and it was just as bad. But the chicken was so off putting I had to trash it and they were thinner than the Fairfax ones. and it smelled so bad outside the shop. I know it's not their fault but the smell outside made me wanna throw up.Customer service was kind though. Go the extra miles and go to Fairfax!!
