Quoting my friend after the first slurp of Soondubu: "This is single handedly improving my mental health." What a surprise for the food hall in K Market! The Soondubu was reasonably priced with a hefty portion enough for 2 to share. The broth was a really rich umami bomb of anchovy and seaweed. I guess it helps that all the ingredients you could possibly need are right there haha. Totally recommend! There is no better sound than the bubble bubble of soondubu right when its served.
Craved some gamjatang and hot stone bibimbap. Located in the food court of the grocery market with plenty of seating available. The bibimbap was prepared fresh and came out sizzling. The gamjatang missed for me. It was bland and didn't seem too fresh. Overall, will be back as there are many other options available. Enjoy!
