Probably one of the worst Chi Mcs around - this is a local chain, but whether it's independently owned as a franchise or the proprietor has checked out, this place isn't it. The staff here are extremely rude, argumentative, and are super dismissive - you'll just have a better experience at any other Chi Mc locations. Oh, and did you know that they don't allow any notes/customizations/requests on your orders, unlike other Chi Mcs? I can see why there has been such a high turnover in management over the years at this place. Save yourself the obnoxiousness and your $! +rude, argumentative staff +worst customer service

Atmosphere: The restaurant was dead while we were dining, I'm not sure if it's because there's a 30-40 minute wait on chicken being that's its cooked fresh every order but it felt weird.Service: Could have been alot better especially because there wasn't anyone in there besides us.Food: Thankfully the food made up for everything else the chicken was well worth the wait. It only comes in soy and spicy no other flavors and it is kinda pricy keep that in mind 17.50 for 10 wings but thats why your there right. The chicken fried rice was pretty good it needed a lil more flavor some SnP which wasn't provided would have fix the issueOverall food was great, you should order ahead and take it to go

The location use to be the location for the original Bonchon in Northern Virginia. In my opinion it tastes better now its Chi Mc. Thuckbokki is a winner also.

Sometimes, a birthday dinner for 5 can be simplified with a nice delivery order. Sometimes you need just enough food to say you had dinner when all you want is the birthday cake and ice cream, and that's when Chi Mc Chicken may be just what you need.Culturally, fried chicken is a food that crosses over a multitude of cultures with its often marvelous, sweet, and crispy appeal. ? And, while I can't tell you what is so indicitvely distinct about "Korean" fried chicken. I can tell you that it did deliver last Friday at a teenager birthday celebration.It cost a pretty penny via Door Dash, but the Soy/Hot wings were a winner. We ordered 16, flats and drums and only got one minu-cup of sauce. If there's a criticism, it's that they could and should provide more than one on the largest order option for wings.We got seasoned fries that were great but heated up terribly dry the next day, FYI. We got the spicy pork, veggie rice, and mozzarella sticks. We were pleased with all items. The veggie rice is well seasoned, and the wings, while described as hot, were not very hot...and that's OK because the flavor was delicious. They were very crispy the night purchased but heated up with significantly less crunch and, while the flavor and tender meat quality held up, the crunch was disappointingly gone.The spicy pork was a real scene stealer. It was quite spicy leaving a tang and picante on my tongue and lips....over a bed of white fluffy rice. This dish is something I would definitely purchase againVegetarian options: The veggie rice is seasoned and on point....

I ordered spicy and soy garlic wings for my daughter’s birthday party and everybody loved! Everyone was asking me where I got them and you know Korean chicken wings are big and not too dry. It was a good choice and now that’s my only place if I crave for wings!

Went here late night looking for finding good food to eat. Food was ok but service was below average. Waitress was short, seemed annoyed with any questions and did not check in periodically. She was the only one working and they had a sign on the door saying they're short staffed. Not sure if she's the owner but if they're having a hard time retaining staff, she could be apart of the problem. Needless to say, we call that a one and done. Never going back.
