Gom Shabu Shabu - Annandale

Hands down, the best shabu shabu place I’ve ever been to. Fresh ingredients, spacious, and clean.

Tried Gom Shabu for the first time and wow — hands down the best hot pot place I’ve been to! I wasn’t sure what to expect since it was my first time trying hot pot, but this spot did not disappoint.

Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The broth options were rich and delicious, and the variety of meats, seafood, and veggies made it easy to build your own perfect meal. The dipping sauces were also a game-changer — customizable and packed with flavor.

The staff were super helpful, especially for a first-timer like me. They explained how everything worked and made sure I had a great experience.

If you’re looking to try hot pot for the first time — or if you’re already a fan — Gom Shabu is definitely the place to go. I’ll be back for sure!

If you like Hot Pot, this is one of the easiest ones to navigate. I like the fact that I have my own controls to my hot pot station. No fighting over what goes in my broth, what temperature it is set at, and I'm not stuck with everyone else's choice of 1-2 broths at most other locations. Go have a good time!

This was such a fun dining experience. First, I love the little frog characters on the water containers. It was just so cute. We got the all-you-can-eat and it was amazing. The veggies and meats were all very high quality and the service was prompt. The sauce combinations were incredible. I have no complaints other than I wish they had kimchi or other little sides like I have had at other spots. I would love to come back.

The food and service here are excellent. I appreciate the convenience of the button that allows you to call for your server, eliminating the need for them to come every five minutes. When we did use the button, the servers arrived promptly and were friendly. The meats were of good quality and complemented the broth well. I highly recommend trying the angus and brisket with the level 3 sauce that they provide for you.

I adore this restaurant, food is great, service is great, the best hot pot restaurant I’ve been to!

Be careful with your payment card.we went there on Saturday - November 23 . The server insisted on leaving a tip. I left cash tip and was still charged tip on my debit card. Making it 91 dollars. I don’t recommend this place if they are going to steal from their customers.

First time eating here. It was an amazing experience. The service was friendly and polite. The food was delicious and filling. I couldn’t finish the single order but it was absolutely worth the cost of eating this wonderful meal. I will be making another visit here again soon.
