I had such a great experience at Gom Shabu. The customer service was truly outstanding - everyone was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in! I came for the lunch special and the food was so good too! So much food for such an amazing price! Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and comforting, and the portions were perfect.

And I have to mention the bingsoo dessert… absolutely delicious! It was the perfect sweet ending to the meal.

Overall, Gom Shabu definitely deserves five stars. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone!

First time my family tried hot pot and Gom Shabu did not disappoint. From the ultra clean and well thought out dining areas to the extensive greens and authentic Korean sides, this was an amazing experience. Can't wait to return.

From the moment we arrived, the owner greeted us so warmly — it really made us feel welcome right away. The meat and all the vegetables and noodle dishes at the salad bar were impressively fresh and delicious. The service was absolutely fantastic: the staff and owner checked in on us regularly and made sure we were happy throughout the meal. And for dessert, their homemade red bean shaved ice wasn’t overly sweet and was just perfect! We had such a pleasant lunch — I’m 100% coming back again!

I’ve been coming to Gom Shabu for almost 5 years and it hits every single time. The cuts of meat, the amount of meat, the sides, and especially the sauce bar. Can’t get sesame peanut sauce anywhere else like how they make theirs. The ladies are so so nice as well!!
