My favorite place! Emily was such a sweet and attentive server—she made our meal extra enjoyable. The meat was super fresh, and the sauce was absolutely delicious. Hands down one of the best Korean shabu-shabu spots in the DMV!
Hotpot is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. The bubbling broth was packed with flavor and set the stage for an incredible meal. The fresh meats, veggies, and fish balls cooked to perfection, soaking up every bit of that rich, aromatic broth.
The dipping sauce station was a game-changer, letting you build your own flavor bomb. It was fun, cozy, and unbelievably tasty. If you haven’t tried hotpot yet, you’re seriously missing out.

Gom Shabu Shabu is honestly good Korean hot pot spot in Annandale. Even though it’s all-you-can-eat, the quality of the meats and ingredients is outstanding—something you'd expect from a la carte menu, not AYCE. Everything was fresh, clean, and delicious, from the broths to the proteins. Our waitress was so kind and attentive, and to our surprise, she was actually the owner.
