I live in Centreville and I came with my sister and the food was delicious it surprised me. I highly recommend the bingsu it was really good and the server ryan was super kind I highly recommend this restaurant.
The owner of Dal Shabu is truly something special!
When the bingsu machine broke, instead of simply leaving it unavailable, the owner rushed to a Korean market, bought ice cream, and personally shared it with the customers.
Many buffet restaurants would just say, “It’s broken,” and leave it that way, but the owner of Dal Shabu always thinks about the guests and goes above and beyond. That kind of care and dedication is truly amazing.

Really enjoyed my experience at Dal Shabu Hot Pot! The food was amazing and fresh and everything was quick to come out and tasted amazing. I want to give a shoutout to Luna. She was so friendly and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. She really made the experience even better. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good hot pot spot!
