Tucked away in an unassuming building is probably one of the greatest bowls of tonkotsu ramen I’ve ever had. The depth of the broth is incredible and the chashu is thick and tender. I ordered an extra cut of chashu to go along with my ramen combo, but honestly the initial cut they give you feels like the right amount because of how thick it was. In total it was $19 for the combo that a chashu bun and generous serving of ramen plus $3 for extra chashu. 100% coming back...
Came here on a whim. We were looking for some Ramen and stumbled upon this place. Their Ramen is phenomenal. I had the spicy tonkotsu Ramen and our was sublime. The pork was well seasoned and so tender. Their tempura was perfectly battered and fried. The place was immaculate and their service was splendid. Never had to ask for a refill on my water. Highly recommend.
First time - eating at this place last night. We ordered Ramen, combination Ramen with Bun and Takoyaki. Everything is perfect and delicious. Authentic Japanese. Will go back again.
