“Definitely worth a visit — this place is definitely slept on. The menu is not overwhelming and the prices are quite reasonable for the area (~$20-25) per person if you get food and a beverage.

4 stars simply because the underside of my coffee cup cover was covered in dust… otherwise everything else was perfect. I’ll be back again.

The inside is quite sleek and clean with several outdoor tables available.

Highly recommend the spicy chicken flatbread (one of their most popular dishes). Top notch from its taste to its portion.

Note: I love americanos so be prepared to be served a European-style Americano (it’s basically half cup compared to the American Americanos and it’ll taste strong)“

“Lebanese Taverna saved the day! They created a wonderful menu for my event of 250 people with only a week’s notice after the original caterer canceled. On the day of the event, they were on time and provided delicious food. Amanda, the catering representative I worked with, even took my call after the food had been delivered and offered to be available to answer any questions about allergens or ingredients. LT also provided placards for each dish that included ingredients so folks with dietary restrictions or allergies were able to enjoy the meal without worry. Would highly recommend LT to cater your event - even if you’re not sure what you’d want from their great menu!“

“Superb food. Superb service. A really fun source for delicious Middle Eastern takeout. The only reason I'm giving them a 3 for atmosphere is because it's a food truck. These dishes could be served in a fancy sit-down restaurant for three or four times the price.“

“First time at Me Jana, and I must say, our server Hamza was absolutely incredible! He was attentive, friendly, and made fantastic suggestions. The food was simply delicious. Hamza even prepared our cocktails, which were top-notch! My family and I had a fantastic time and enjoyed a great meal. Now, let's talk about dessert! “We just had my sons’ wedding rehearsal dinner at Villa Yara and it exceeded our and our guests expectations. The venue is superb, the food amazing and the staff amazing. This was one of those dining experiences you ask yourself how have I missed this place? There are not enough words to describe the excellence of Villa Yara. “The interaction with the lady at the counter is often a cause of worry. It could be me, but her anxiety and stress levels are thru the roof all the time. It just makes me feel guilty for coming and giving them business. Honestly, this cant be good for her health.The food is scrumptious. Authentic Lebanese food to a South Asian pallette. Wont disappoint.Would go there again ... And be as gentle as possible. Yikes!“

“I’d been craving for some falafel and I found this amazing and awesome restaurant YASMINE at Chevy Chase and I fell in love right away, with such a great friendly and amazing costume services, very clean and with a good atmosphere makes the whole experience even better

“Our family has been shopping here now across generations and their delicious offerings gave me and my children a love of Lebanese food. You can’t go wrong here. It is a great choice for small nibbles for a party of people who like different foods. The cabbage rolls, eggplant salad, lentils with LOTS of caramelized onions and their small savory pastries are our favorites. Don’t leave without the garlic sauce.“
