I had a great experience at Pho Cong Ly recently, especially with their Cha Ca La Vong. The fish was tender and flavorful, marinated just right with turmeric and dill, and served sizzling hot. It had that authentic Hanoi taste I was hoping for—fragrant, savory, and a little tangy with the dipping sauce.

The herbs were fresh, and the vermicelli portion was generous. I do wish the service was a bit faster, but the staff was friendly and helpful when needed....
