Came here on Easter Sunday for some pho. My friend and I got the same beef noodle pho special, crispy spring rolls, and an order of wings. The pho was excellent, and the spring rolls were hot, crispy, and tasty! The wings could use some improvements, but they were crispy. The service was friendly and attentive. I'll be back for more!

I asked my Vietnamese barber where I should go for authentic Vietnamese food, and he pointed this out to me. I'm glad he did, and have visited twice. The location is in a non-descript tiny strip mall. The inside isn't particularly fancy either. That said, this place has the goods - and it's fairly inexpensive. Most dishes are in the $18-$20 range and what I had were very satisfying. Extra points for super-fast service, at least around lunchtime. Unlike the Eden Center I've had no problems with a language barrier, and this place has much better parking.

Pho Hai Duong is a fantastic spot in Annandale for fresh Vietnamese flavors, and the folks that run it have a very welcoming energy!Their vegetarian options are fantastic, especially the Bánh Xèo Chay, which is a delightfully crispy crepe filled with tofu and veggies that you wrap in lettuce and dip into a deliciate and savory yet sweet sauce. I'll definately be ordering it again.If you dine in, they're very attentive, service is quick, and the food comes out piping hot. The dining area has a warm glow from the lighting, and it's very clean and cozy. If you order take-out, everything is packaged really well for transit.10/10 would recommend!Parking: They're in a strip with other businesses, and have a large parking lot.

Was wanting just an ice coffee for the road, so I stopped by here. Did not know there was a $10 minimum for card pay and the cashier didn't seem pleased but went ahead anyways with my order. I tipped an extra buck but I really shouldn't have. Ended up paying $7 for a barely half filled cup! I literally finished it in a couple of sips. I've never received such little amount at any other Viet place. If you didn't want to take my order, I gladly would have gone elsewhere. I'm never coming back here again as there are a hundred other Viet establishments in the area that won't cheat you like here.

Cute lil spot!!! Pho was amazing, not super vegetarian friendly and so didn't LOVE the tofu but otherwise did the job. Husband got the beef pho and he loved it. The spot seems family owned and the servers were very sweet and attentive. We also got the shrimp summer rolls w the peanut sauce, it was delish!

Went there for early dinner so parking was not an issue. I had Pho with chicken. The broth is absolutely delicious. The Shrimp Garden Rolls are made fresh and a must appetizer. Our servers were Huang & Phong who were attentive.

Ordered take out and was disgusted by what I got. Hair on the meat and I asked for the hoisin sauce and got a tea spoon of hoisin sauce in the container. I asked for sate sauce as soon as I opened the lid the smell over whelmed me and I look at it closely and I see a slimy brown thing in the container that made me loose my appetite. It all went in the trash! Disgusting. We used to order from here one a once a week not sure what happened but I will never be getting food from here ever!

With so many Pho restaurants around, it's easy to find one that's just mediocre. Hai Duong restaurant is a top quality pho restaurant. The broth is rich and savory.
