Great atmosphere, but disappointing experience. This was my favorite Great American Restaurant location until last night. Sitting at the bar with friends, my food order for regular portion of steak fajitas was delayed after the ticket was thrown away, delaying delivery. When it finally did show up, it was just the iron skillet with steak, grilled onions, rice and beans. The cold plate of tortillas, cheese, lettuce, salsa and sour cream never appeared. No adjustment to the bill...

Insanely overpriced. $80 for two people for mid-tier food.
Service was really rough because we had the bartender; had to wait forever for almost everything, including drinks ironically. Ended up leaving cash because nobody ever came to swipe our card.
Food came out at extremely varying time which the manager apologized for so no harm, no foul.

I have been going here for almost 25 years. I love this place, always have, always will. Today, I went for the first time in a while and service was below average, for the first time out of a hundred. I hope it was a fluke. All of the food was great as expected.
